Answers

Common questions

I've never done reformer before. Which class do I book?

Book Reformer Foundations first. It's the same class as everyone else's, slower, with more time on set-up, breath and technique. Mon 9:30am, Fri 9:30am or Sun 9am. Every class is open to everyone — Foundations is just a gentler landing.

What's the difference between Flow, Foundations, Strong and Reset?

Same beds, same instructors — the name tells you how the hour will feel. Flow is our everyday class, full body, steady pace. Foundations is slower, more set-up. Strong is heavier springs and longer holds. Reset is light springs, slow and stretchy — for stiff backs and long weeks.

Do I need to bring anything?

Grip socks. Every reformer class, no exceptions — it's a safety thing. We sell them at reception if you forget. Water bottle, comfortable clothes you can move in. That's it.

How does Pilates & Playdates work?

Bring the baby. Capped at 8 people so there's room for a baby station and space to move. £10 for the class, separate booking link, Mon and Wed at 11am. It's a Matwork class — you do the workout, they hang out.

What if the class I want is full?

Get on the waitlist. We'll tell you the second a bed opens. Members can book 7 days ahead, non-members 3 days — booking early is the best way to get the slot you want.

Cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 24 hours before class at no charge. Miss that window and the class is gone. It's how we're fair to the person on the waitlist.

Can I try one class before committing?

Yes. The Trial Pass is £29 for 3 classes over 10 days. Or take a single Drop-In at £12 (Reformer) or £8 (Matwork) with no commitment.

When should I arrive?

Ten minutes before class — we need that window to get you set up safely. Doors close when the class starts and we can't slot you in once it's running.

I'm pregnant or injured — can I still come?

Tell your instructor before class, not after. We'll adapt the class around you. If you've had recent surgery, get clearance from a qualified medical practitioner first.
