Who we are
The Studio Derry / L'Derry is operated by Image Fitness Training. The data controller is Image Fitness Training, contactable at thestudiolderry@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Booking data — name, email, phone, class bookings, payment metadata (via Momence, our booking provider)
- Waiver data — parental consent forms for participants under 18, submitted via /waiver and processed via FormSubmit
- Enquiry data — anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, or contact form
- Cookies — a Meta Pixel for advertising performance measurement; no cross-site profiling cookies
Why we use it
- To book you into classes and take payment (contract)
- To keep you safe in class — health screening, emergency contacts, parental consent for minors (legitimate interest + explicit consent for health data)
- To send you booking confirmations and occasional service updates (contract + legitimate interest)
- To measure and improve our advertising (consent, via the site's cookie behaviour)
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records for 7 years to meet UK/Ireland tax rules. Waivers for 3 years past the participant's last class. Marketing consent until you unsubscribe. We delete anything else when there's no longer a reason to keep it.

- Google Workspace + FormSubmit — email delivery for waivers and enquiries
- Meta — advertising performance measurement
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
Your rights
Under UK/EU GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or send it to another provider. Email thestudiolderry@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
You can also complain to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk) or the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Substantial changes get sent to members by email.
